Blacklisted URL in PDF, how to determine which URL?

Greetings.

We have an online learning system the has numerous worksheet PDFs containing URLs for resources. One worksheet has triggered a malware notification. A web search tells me that the notification was due to a blacklisted URL within the document. How can I find out which URL is causing the issue, or get the URL out of blacklist?
