Blank e-mails

Hi,

Some of clients are getting blank e-mails (eventhough i.e. CC’ed recipient gets the e-mail content), this is happening only for internal e-mails. This started to happen since we installed avast! Distributed Network Manager and deployed Avast NetClient. Did someone experience a similar situation. Please help!

Are you using MS Outlook? This can, unfortunately, happen sometimes when the “Insert Notes into Clean Messages” option is enabled. It has to do something with the synchronization of the plaintext/HTML/RTF streams of the message…

Also, what mail server are you using? MS Exchange?

Thanks for the reply again. Yes we are using MS exchange, as you know we want to add a disclaimer through “Insert Note to clean messages” option which in return will create the problem with blank e-mails.
I think if there is no way around it, we will need to disable “Insert note to clean messages” which will solve the problem of blank e-mails but will leave us with the problem of adding a disclaimer.
