Blank page because of the WebShield

I have the Avast Free Antivirus installed on a Windows 10 PC. The WebShield component is enabled. When I go to a specific https site, to login to a Citrix StoreFront webpage, only a blank page will show up. As soon as I disable the WebShield component, the page shows up fine!

I added the URL of the specific webpage to all possible exclusions I could find within the Avast console. Unfortunately, the page keeps showing blank, unless I disable the Webshield component.

Does anybody have any ideas how to get this solved?

Thank you. Is there a way to do that without being charged 79 dollars for a call? Since I am using the free version?
