hey guys
i’m running windows 7 home premium on an Acer Aspire 5741 I have fully updated my free Avast and Spybot Search and Destroy 1.6.2 and run both to no avail I have all the latest windows updates. The problem is that about 30 seconds after the internet connects a blank window appears that does not show up in the task manager and is unable to be moved or removed without a restart. If I disable the internet on a restart the blank window doesn’t appear however after the window has made its appearance when I go to shut down it hangs on the prompt waiting for background services to close a button offers ‘force close’ when I press then it shuts down. The attached Jpg should help Has anyone got this bug and how do I fix it save for reloading windows 7
