blocco cartelle con Vista e Avast 4.7

Salve
Ho un problema con l’antivirus in oggetto.
Dal registro degli eventi di avast ho notato il seguente errore:Scan of"C:\Programmi"Area failed with 00000005 error (function avfilesScanReal failed)-
Tale errore mi blocca l’accesso alla cartella Programmi e lo stesso per la cartella Documents Setting.
Mi potreste aiutare?

From the journal of events of Avast I noted this error:Scan of C://Program area failed with 00000005 ERROR (function AVfiles Scanreall failed). This blocks the access to the Program file and the Documents and settings file. Could you help? This is the traduction from italian to english. Hope someone can help you.
8) Hai 2 soluzione. Andare nel control panel add remove program e cliccare su remove Avast che poi ti fa scegliere sul ripararlo o toglierlo. Provà à ripararlò! Seconda opzione è scaricare le due setup files per Avast Home setup e Avast uninstallerhttp://www.avast.com/eng/avast-uninstall-utility.html Poi, via il control panel, sopprima AVAST (dopo avere tagliato internet!). Riparte il pc (reboot). Clicca su Avast uninstaller segue tutto e reboot. Clicca su Avast setup e reinstalla tutto poi reboot. Connettitti all’internet.
