Block Google Keep. Why is my computer doing this?

Recently I reverted from google dns to dns provided by the carrier.
And these symptoms are occurring.

Is my computer infected?
Or is it because the Korean DNS is not encrypted?

Communication DNS in Korea does not support 3 types.

My question Is my computer infected?.

Or is it a simple misdiagnosis?

The same warning window pops up and blocks something.

And it’s not on the block list.
And I don’t speak English, so I put the image into google translator.
Then there was a warning… and a web warning written in Persian language.

Hi Avast team,

I’m having this same issue.

I think everyone using the Avast antivirus is getting this error which prevents the use of Google Keep.

Please help to explain why a Google URL has been blacklisted and fix it.
