I can access Vimeo via my Ipad but not my laptop. Even doing Captcha makes no difference. Vimeo says ‘too many errors’ but I haven’t used Vimeo more than twice in my whole life (knowingly). Ipad of course is going through same IP as laptop. Service provider is Orange, France. Another site would not let me in either but cannot remember which that was. Please help if possible. By the way your captchas are impossible to read and even the speaker is unclear (is 'B actually V etc)
Captchas only last for 3 posts, thankfully.
Have you tried resetting browser settings? (eg: Cookies, cache etc). I doubt Avast! is blocking connection attempts. Are you using a VPN at all? If so, disable that and see if it works.
