Blocked Apps listed Avast Service

Hello- I was looking through the blocked apps today and noticed that Avast Service was in there. Is that correct or my error? I don’t remember putting it in there? Is it for Ransomware purposes because that was what was listed? “Blocked for Ransomware”. Thanks in advance for help.
