I accidentally blocked a .exe program from connecting to the internet.
Now I cannot update the file.
How do I allow it to connect?

Don’t you just need to remove the exclusion from Expert Settings ?
You can allow it to connect by editing your firewall settings… dotdot 
I wonder, if … will reply…?
… is away at the moment. It seems there’s too many dot in it ;D
