hope someone can help me please?
i had avast4 home installed untill the time limit expired,so i removed it from my pc and reinstalled,then registered like i should have done in the first place…
after reinstalling outlook express will not allow incoming mail??ive conntacted my isp and theyve helped out,outlook express works fine when avast is not installed…
??? ??? ???
keeps asking for autherization but nothing happens :frowning:

      please help someone who hasnt got a clue

What is the error message when you cancel the logon dialog ?
What Windows do you use ?

What is your OS?
If you have a firewall (which one?), does it allow ashMaiSv.exe access to the internet? if not no email.
