Blocked from accessing router homepage

Hi, received the below message from Avast after I typed in my default gateway IP to access my router homepage.

Infection Details
URL: http://192.168.0.1/stainfo.htm
Process: C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\App…
Infection: HTML:Script-inf

Is this a false positive or has my browser been infected? Your help will be kindly appreciated. Cheers.

192.168.0.1 is what i use for logging in to my D-link router ???

Yes, I wanted to log in to my router too but was blocked and a red coloured Avast warning pop up came up.
