since i put avast on comp i can not acess my account in bigfish games can some one help as i am a new comp addic at over 60 i think i am doing well excuse spelling its the age thing thanks
Do you get any warning from avast! when you try to access the account? If yes, what exactly does it say?
thank you 4 replying when i go into my account i get a white screan saying cannot concect to bigfish account the heading is the internet explorer sign with protectedmodeoff thats it
Have (or did) you another AV installed in this system, if so what was it and how did you get rid of it ?
What is your firewall ?
Zone Alarm Pro has a privacy function which can impact onthe web shield.
Is this bigfish account logon (I presume this is where the problem lies) page https, e.g. secure ?
If you Terminate the Web Shield can you access your account ?
marguerite, which is your browser? Internet Explorer? Firefox?
My guess from her last post is IE.
So, most probably not an extension problem to get the account…
