Blocked search engines on all browsers...help appreciated

Hello,

Have an interesting issue which recently started. Avast appears to think many search engines (google, yahoo, bing) are associated with some sort of malware. What intrigues me is that it is not browser dependent and blocks these sites while using firefox, IE, or chrome.

I have tried running the regular scan and a boot scan which found some infected items, but did not seem to clear up this particular problem.

I have also run a full scan through malwarebytes which has failed to correct the problem.

When I turn off Avast all search engines work…open to suggestions…thank you!

Downloaded OTL…and attached the results

One final bit of information…when avast is turned on it constantly cites google-analytics.com/ga.js as the offending object…

could you also attach the other logs … AdwCleaner / Malwarebytes / aswMBR http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0

Warning This fix is only relevant for this system and no other, using on another computer may cause problems

Be advised that when the fix commences it will shut down all running processes and you may lose the desktop and icons, they will return on reboot

Run OTL
