Blocked someting I shouldn't have

I’ve blocked a file something like ashmaisv and now my internet connection is down when running avast. But I don’t know how to undo this, any help?

Just allow ashwebsv.exe in your firewall. The instructions of your firewall will tell you how to allow/change something.

If you do not succeed on doing what Eddy said, you can:

  1. Enter your firewall applications settings and remove ashwebsv.exe (Web Shield). Next time it will ask for permition again.
  2. Or, you can uninstall and install your firewall again. By the way, which one do you use? What is your operational system?
