Blocked URL for unknown reason

Hello,
Today I tried to open the following URL:

http://www.slenderizinghabit.com/it4ajTv6/track.php?placement_id=1400419745&flight_id=10401435&banner_id=100152259&hcountry_id=ITALY&hcity_id=Rome

The Web Shield says it’s a harmful page or file. I need to know the particular reason why this page is blocked: is it because of SPAM words or something else?
