Blue Screen Error!

I been getting this blue screen errors on XP SP2 when using Internet Explorer. I am using Avast 4.6 Home. Thought maybe that this combination is causing it, but I don’t know how to read the debug dump. All I can see on it is “GetContextState Failed 0x80004005” and says “Probably Cause By Unkonwn_Image”. Does anyone know what this means and what is causing it. I mean, it is internet related, but maybe or maybe Avast is causing it.

What is the exact error on the BSOD?

Well I am not too good at this, but others said it was KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (0x8E)
