Blue Screen occurred after the upgrade from Avast 6 to Avast 7

The error code is 0x00000019
This has occurred 3 times since I upgraded Avast,so I had to uninstall 7 and install 6 again.

1st time Feb 26th when I was using Chrome(I can’t if remember if I was running “renren.exe” )
2nd time Feb 28th when I ran “renren.exe”
3rd time Mar 1st when I ran “renren.exe”
(“renren.exe"is the client of a Chinese website whose function is similar to Facebook. The download address is"http://im.renren.com/desktop/rrsetup-1.exe”)

This two software are equally important to me.Is there anything I can do to use Avast 7?or I need to wait for the next upgrade of Avast to see if this problem has been recovered?

Thanks!

PS.
Chrome 17 covered Chrome 16(which I already installed) during the upgrade, but Chrome 17 wasn’t installed in the same folder, and Chrome 16 is no longer available now.
Renren and Qihoo 360 are already in my computer before the upgrade, and Avast 6 got along well with them.
This is a 32Bit Win7 SP1.

hi,

please could you upload file c:\windows\memory.dmp to ftp://ftp.avast.com/incoming/

thx

Thank you!
I can’t find this file"memory.dmp",however,there are"022812-20420-01.dmp"and “030112-18626-01.dmp"in"C:\Windows\Minidump”.
I tried to paste these two files to ftp but the request was denied. It says that I don’t have the permission to do so.
Anything I should do with it?Thx.

Inzaghi, the ftp server has only write permissions (you can paste) but not read (you can’t see the contents).
But I’ve tested the ftp some minutes ago and could upload without trouble…

I just tried again and it worked~
