Hi, I am not sure if Avast is causing this problem, however, I think the BSD started after installing Avast 8.0.1483 engine and virus definitions 130331.0 the BSD is displayed just after booting the PC, however, the BSD does not happen every time. I can forward Crash dump records if required.

Hi, Managed to upload two BSD Dump Files this morning at 10:12 am UK time. My attempts on the 02/04/2013 was my fault ! not knowing how to use the FileZill FTP program.
I hope the two files I have uploaded help in solving my problem.
