Blue Screen

On my bosses computer at work they are getting a Blue Screen after it loads up to the normal screen and says like a memory dump ar5211.exe and other numbers on it. They recently installed a d- link wireless card, its an older compaq labtop with XP home. I got on it and tried it and I hit control-alt-delete and seen some different things running like savedump.exe , userinit.exe , eabservr.exe , Packethsvc, exe , jqs.exe . When I end process savedump.exe , userinit.exe and Packethsvc.exe the bluescreen wont come on. The blue screen comes on like 30 seconds after its on the main screen. I think its something with the d- link driver, can you guys tell me what those .exe things are and what i can do on it so the blue screen doesnt come up. thanks

eabservr.exe - Easy Access Button Configuration

savedump.exe - Save Dump utility

ar5211.exe - Looks suspicious unless you mean ar5211.sys because all I can search on Google is that it’s a driver to a wireless device which maybe the problem of your PC having a BSOD. Does your company have a software/network firewall?

jqs.exe - Java Quick Start

Packethsvc.exe - Virtual Adapter Service

userinit.exe - Userinit Logon Application

Try TuneUp Utilities and see if it helps.

It has the comodo firewall and the service pak firewall, it might be sys it pops up so quick n off i just caught ar5211 which is from that new d link card they installed.

Try to fix the problem with TuneUp Utilities from the previous post I gave you.
