Panos93, did you re-run the scan after the Normal boot and after the disk check/repair ?
After the repair was done did you see if it had fixed items ?
I recall there is actual file (*.log or *.txt) located either on the “root” drive or the “Windows” folder that contain the info of what occured during the execution of the CHKDSK command before bootup…however, this may be for XP O/S. Newer O/S there may be no log on the disk but rather in the Wininit Event in the Application Event Viewer. Essexboy, run a CHKDSK from command prompt and see if clear ?
