I would wait for Essexboy but if it was me I’d schedule another CHKDSK to run with fixes.
Assuming you HDD is C:…the command is:
chkdsk /r C:
When you do this in Windows it will tell you this will happen during next boot…you’ll confirm to “Schedule” with “Y”.
Exit & Reboot.
You should see the Windows logo come up and before login screen the chkdsk will run.
Note, from time-time I’ve seen it not run and had to go into CMD prompt and set again, and reboot.
Once this runs and fixes the last items I’d do a full scan test in Windows and see if you get BSOD.
