WHY do I get a blue screen after shutting down when scan has not stopped? Have laptop with Win 7 intel centrino and nvidia GEFORCE 9300M GS.
I hve to reinstall avast to stop bluescreen.
Please do not double post the same issue otherwise we will loose track of you’re current problem, please sit tight and someone will help you with the most experience to fully understand PC hardware and Avast 
It seem you may have something conflicting that trigger the BSOD (Blue Screen of Death)
Edit: Did you used the latest Avast Free AV v8.0.1489 ???
Mmmm it seem like this users won’t becoming back, I hope I didn’t scare this users to easy…Bummer :-\ I ask the Avast Forum Team to keep an eye out for this just in case ???
