My Avast/Chrome browser no longer opens. If I uninstall and then reinstall Avast browser, will I be able to have access to my old bookmarks? I have Windows 10.

Whilst I don’t use the Avast Secure Browser, it is my understanding that if you haven’t previously saved your settings/bookmarks they would be lost. So if you can’t get into it you won’t be able to export it.
However all is not lost if you also use another browser you may well be able to export then and or import them into ASB (when reinstalled).
