hi… i need to stop the boot scan, anyone know how to do that?

where is the instruction for windows to load de boot scanner? ¿somewhere in the registry file?
Why do you need to stop it, it is a one shot deal, you schedule it and on the next reboot it runs.
So are you saying it happens on every boot ?

No, what happened is i send a command to scan local disks, and well, the problem is that it takes a long time to complete, and i needed to use the PC immediately.
Then hit the Esc (Escape key) to terminate the scan.
