Boot Scan wont delete Win32 Malware-gen

is what it shows in the boot scan but wont let me delete, move to chest or repair it what should i do? is there another program i can use to delete it?

It is locaated in a restore point…so if you delete your restore point and create new it should be gone

you turn it off, reboot and on again
