when i choose high sensivity in boot-time scan i got infected file while in normal sensivity has no infected file help!!! if my grammar is wrong please understand it

stick your orginal topic please…Do not panic!!! there is nothing to panic in your situation…
higher sensitivity…higher chanse for False Positive. 
unless you know what you are doing…use default settings.
