Last night I run the “Boot Time Scan” and computer restart and began scanning . After 2-3 hours unfortunetelly electric shut down. This morning I click the power on , after 1-2 minutes I got a blue screen “CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED” “Windows get a information computer restart again”
computer again-again restart itself. X550VC BIOS key:F2 there is no button for entering Boot Menu.
what ı need to do?

Boot in safe mode, than try to boot into normal mode.

Thanks for reply but My notebook model’s doesn’t have a shortcut key for entering “boot menu” Therefore I coudn’t enter “safe mode”.
is there a any way enter the boot menu via BIOS or other way?(computer restart itself again-again )

It may not have a specific key to enter safe mod, but all laptops and desktops should have the ability to interrupt the normal boot on a desktop that is normally pecking away on the delete or F1 key as soon as you start hit the power button.

I did a search for - asus laptop boot into safe mode windows 10 - and got a lot of hits, this was one of the first, https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1013074

hello DavidR Im usnig windows 8 64bit. DEL or F8 I just enter the BIOS.

Is there a any way enter the safe moda via BIOS.

Computer restart itself again and again windows didn’t begin ". My BIOS is American Megatrend. Windows didn’t begin all time. I just see asus logo —black screen–asus logo----.

How to I enter the safe mode or advanced boot menu or Troubleshoot for this condition?

Essentially it should be no different, there has always been a way to interrupt the normal boot. As far as I’m aware there isn’t a setting in BIOS to do this as such, just a means to interrupt the normal boot and gives you option what to do, boot into safe mode (with or without networking, etc.).

That is what I searched for “asus laptop boot into safe mode windows 10” just change the windows 10 reference to windows 8.

This is from the same search using the windows 8 reference and is from ASUS FAQ again - https://www.asus.com/support/faq/1008253/.
