Whatever happened to the old boot time scan from the previous version of Avast. I found that feature very useful.

It’s still there, and just like before, not available in 64bit OS (yet), though I doubt that’s a factor for you.
Just open the GUI, select the “scan computer” tab, and “Boot-time scan” is one of the sub-options.

Ahhh, didn’t even notice it under it’s own little tab. I was just looking at the main scans.
