I did a Boot time scan today and please see attachment, I am using Avast! FREE antivirus 6.0.1367.
My OS is Windows home basic 1 GB RAM.

Corrupted archive from a MS update, nothing to worry about.
You could review your Windows Update history to check if there was any update that failed. If there is, you could review again the list so to see if the same update was re-applied once again with a “success” result.
Other than that, it seems there is nothing much to do, and it seems there is nothing to worry about.
