Bought 3 licenses, 2 computers reformatted, how to get back?

Hi,
I purchased 3 licenses and reformatted 2 of the computers, how do I activate the licenses again?

Presuming you mean you did not save them externally and they were on the formatted pc’s?

I got the licenses, downloaded the free version but can not put the license file into the license folder. Its says “do not have permission to put in folder” even though I do it as the administrator.

You will need to download the versions to suit your licenses Pro or AIS, not the free version as it does not require a license only registration.

You cannot copy the license file into avast! folder manually - that’s not the expected way.
Just doubleclick the license file - avast! is associated for the corresponding extension, and it will handle the copying itself.

How do you download it? it says I need to pay to download it.
