Bought avast cleanup, requested a refund 2 weeks ago and no response.

Is there a number I can call to talk to someone from Avast to see if I can get help getting a refund? I made 2 tickets so far requesting a refund and explained my situation and I haven’t gotten a single response yet. Need the refund before my 30 day money back guarantee is up. Any help would be appreciated.

No there is no number you can call.
It is handled through the ticket system.

Submitting multiple ticket is what you make to wait longer.
Each time you submit a ticket you will be put back to the bottom of the stack and will make it so that you have to wait longer. (FiFo system)

You are wrong about the 30 day guarantee.
It doesn’t matter when avast is gonna handle the the ticket.
The date that you submitted it is what counts.
If you have requested it within 30 days and you are entitled for a refund, you will get it.

Just have patience.

Appreciate the response. Just had me extremely worried because when I purchased it either I didn’t read anything as well as I thought I did, or what because i read it as like 2 rounded dollar monthly payments, and it charged me 60 on my bill and it’s something that I cannot afford.
