I bought the basic version of avast today with paypal (9,99€ offer), but there went something wrong with the payment process, avast informed of some kind of error, BUT i received a receipt from paypal that confirms the payment, but avast did not upgrade :o What should i do? (sorry for my english)
What exact version of avast?
Where did you buy it?
I think it was the PRO-verstion, i bought it straight from the program itself… It was some kind of an offer… “You have used avast for 3xx days… here is an 9,99€ offer” etc.
So i clicked it, and didnt add any optional stuff on the shopping cart
