Bought Avast Pro last year need to renew

Hello, I bought Avast 4 Pro last year and I need to renew it. However Avast doesn’t think I have an account, so i can’t login to see about renewing it though the website. a few of my PC are prompting me to renew at a speical savings of like $250ish, which would sound about right for 15 renewals, not sure how Avast works but if i renew for that price, will ALL my work stations get renewed?

We bought Avast 4 Pro, but installed Avast 6 (key converted OK)
I dont remember if we installed the management console or not.

Hopefully it will get a quicker response, though the emails to sales are generally a quick response. You might check your email server, anti-spam, etc.
