I am an extreme newbie here, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
After installing the BPP Admin Console, I ran the wizard to deploy on main server & 3 clients. All clients (running XP pro SP3) & server (running server 2008 R2), Windows Firewall has been turned off.
After 5% of deployment, the operation ceased & advise to contact admin. Then, I shut down ADM Console & restarted. After restarting, I received an error stating invalid username & password and unable to access the console completely. What am I doing wrong? Now do I need to reinstall once again? ???
At the Deployment settings options, you need to fill in a valid account which can access those computers (e.g. Administrator). That’s what the error means.
try
“Avast.Sbc.Service.exe -c password -p NEW_PASSWORD”
it should reset the password to the NEW_PASSWORD
