Having trouble getting the program to recognize that I just renewed my subscription. I can’t enter the code to tell it I renewed my subscription because there’s no option, and I don’t know what to do.
Help?
Avast keeps sending mails asking me to renew my subscription to Breach Guard on January 26,2026.They are apparently not aware of the fact that I have already subscribed a 2 year contract on July 5,2025 .This means that renewal is not required before May 2027.Why do the insist on renewal ?
I took up this matter with the US people.After 2 hours of discussion I had to give up,because they wanted a print screen
of my subscription and had no idea what the Dutch text means,so I wonder if there is aany service within Avast that understands their own documents
