Hello All,
Today I tried Browser Cleanup. It worked and it DIDN’T work.
It seems it is unable to remove Conduit Engine API Server.
I ran the cleaner 2 times for 10 mins each time and it just hung up.
On checking in Task Manager I found that Avast BCL-Sfx.exe was running twice.
Browser Cleanup.exe was running 3 times.
WHY???
The question is why can’t Avast remove this tool bar???
Also what seems a bigger problem is that it did not locate “us-yhs4-search-yahoo-com” either on the tool bar removal or on a scan. And this POS is a pain.
WHY again is this???
Anyone have any ideas.

Browser Cleanup will be improved with next Program update.
Please follow this guide and attach the requested logs (Malwarebytes, Otl, aswMBR)

When done a malware expert will help to clean this up.

First, Avast! is meant to block, not remove. even special programs can have issues removing the latest conduit. Follow what Steven said and someone could further help you
