FIRST! I am required to change my password EVERY time I try to login…

I was notified I had a “bad” Browser add-on : iLivid

I tried to “Clean” it with avast Brower Cleaner… it would not clean Chrome… I downloaded an newer (?) version and have tried multiple time to clean it. I get the same message… an error occurred?

This is the first time I’ve had a problem using avast, but you guys are not coming through on this one. Please FIX.

No you are not if you use a strong password that fits the minimum requirements.

iLivid = adware

try clear your browsers with AdwCleaner http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/

if no success, follow instructions in the link Eddy gave you
