Thanks for that VT link, clearly a bad guy and once you send a sample to avast, you should run MBAM and allow it to deal with this file.
Since avast isn’t detecting it - that is why we send a copy of the eolmt.exe file to avast because it doesn’t detect it, this will be analysed and added to the avast signatures improving detections.
The actual report link from VT isn’t the file, so that can’t be analysed and that is why avast needs a sample of the file. Whilst VT should in due course send missed samples to AVs, I feel it is better not to rely on that and send the sample directly to speed the process.
