Browser Protection 10.2.2215 & IE11

Hate to break it to you Avast… though you have made great strides with this from its inception, this thing is still buggy as hell!!!

Seems to have gotten worse from 2214 to 2215. Most times I open my browser (if it does open at all), it doesn’t completely load… try to click the browser and it crashes. It has crashed almost every day.

Uninstall Browser Protection and everything is fine.

Which browser ?
No problems with IE here or any other browser I have installed.

Cant take a screenshot of a browser that doesnt load. It would just be a screenshot of my desktop. When it does kind of load, it’s just the browser frame and all the middle is white.

Nothing else I can really provide…its uninstalled now.

Possibly it’s having issues with “about:tabs” loading as the home page because it works once it gets past that.

I’m using the latest version and IE opens without any problem.

Sounds like you might have some other issues. As you can see, no problems with IE 11 and the latest version of Avast:

I experience the same prob with latest Internet Explorer on Win 7 64 with every version of browser protection.
Uninstall it & things gets normal.
