First time installing browser protection… should I be seeing something? I don’t see any add-ons which say avast, I don’t see anything really…
If I recall correctly, I believe this used to show green check marks when you were doing searches in google, but that was a long time ago. Now I just see nothing. Is there a way to check if this is working?
Not on IE11 for some reason/s that previously blocked it or had some unforeseen issues. For those reasons avast no longer supports IE11.
It will however be available for other browsers, Firefox, Chrome, etc.
They will see it in the add-ons section, they will also see a Green checkmark in the results when using a search and finally clicking on the avast on-line security icon expands the results for a page you have opened.
