Hi guys I’ve getting weird Bad_header_pool BSOD after I upgrade from the free version to the subscribed one…
I am confused if this is actually avast that’s making my computer BSOD. Sometimes it would happen when playing a game, sometime while browsing it is really weird.’
I think there’s some mini dump files, I can upload them here but I don’t know how.
Thanks
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000019 (0x0000000000000003, 0xfffff8a014800290, 0xffbff8a014800290, 0xfffff8a014800290). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 032612-23244-01
Please, go to folder \windows\minidump and send the newest (recent) .mdmp files for analysis.
There is also C:\Windows\Memory.dmp file.
Better if you can add some information about the BSOD and the link for this topic in a readme.txt file, compress (zip) together the readme.txt and the Memory.dmp, rename it with a unique name.
Upload it to this anonymous write-only ftp server location: ftp://ftp.avast.com/incoming/
To upload, open Windows Explorer at the ftp address (write down the name there), paste the files.
Hmm I think i followed the step, basictly I launched it with InternetExplorer clicked alt then view then it brings me to a folder file The Internet → ftp.avast.com->incoming
Don’t I just paste it on the incoming folder? Hmm this is weird I checked again and it appears the file is gone even though it was there yesterday.
I can just send the zip perhaps in a pm? In the mean time i’ll try to upload it again.
