Hi is this what you are getting ? http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2839011

If you go to view update history in windows updates do you still have KB2823324 ? if so uninstall it.

It’s all discussed within the link essexboy supplied

No, i get 0x00000050, but i found this here and try it. That package have been there with status “Waiting for install” so i remove it with that article, but when i restart computer, still getting BSOD at windows loading animation.

I can’t view update history, because windows won’t boot.

dism /image:C:\ /get-packages did you use this command to locate KB2823324

Yes, then list of updates appear. I found that package and then i ran “dism /image:C:\ /remove-package /PackageName:“full name of it””. It said “The operation completed succesfully”. Then i restart computer and get same BSOD. So i try to found that package again, but it is removed. But there are still about 3-4 packages, which status is “Instalation waiting”.

Have you tried the system restore option yet ?

Yes, but it says “on system drive, there is no restore point’s”, which is weird, because our another home pc make this points every time, when installing updates.

Have you tried startup repair ? Do you have a windows DVD

It comes with preinstaled win 7 home premium, there is some other partitions on disk, i think it’s recovery partition. But back to the problem. I tried startup repair without DVD (it appears when system fail to load and you have to choise if start normaly or startup repair) and it says: Windows can’t be automaticaly repaired Send to MS/Don’t send. And there is photo of it: http://i49.tinypic.com/313mvxw.jpg

I also have Win 7 Home Premium x64 downloaded from AA MSDN, but computer says, that this version is not compatible with installed version. (Lol)

Lets have a look with FRST, as this is a windows update error there is no guarantee that I can fix it

Download the following three programmes to your desktop :

  1. Rufus

For 64bit systems
2. Windows 7 64bit RC
3. Farbar Recovery Scan Tool x64

Insert the USB stick Then run Rufus

Select the ISO file on the desktop via the ISO icon.

Press Start Burn

Then copy FRST to the same USB

Insert the USB into the sick computer and start the computer. First ensuring that the system is set to boot from USB
Note: If you are not sure how to do that follow the instructions Here

When you reboot you will see this although yours will say windows 7.
