BSoD (aswSnx.SYS)

Hi,

i just installed Windows 8 on my PC last few days, and the first day i’m using it i already get this BSOD (aswSnx.SYS) 5 times! total currently is 13 times!

i read in some forum where some moderator will ask to email or upload the minidumps to the ftp server (http://ftp.avast.com/incoming).

Please inform me where should i email it to because the ftp server cannot be opened.

Hi Miskol.

If you want send mini/full dump files to Avast via their FTP server you have to use FTP client like Ftpzilla,CuteFtp,unfortuntlly you didn,t tell us what version of Avast you got,latest version is 8.0.1497.

i’ve uploaded the minidumps on the FTP server using FileZilla.

the filename is “miskol_BSoD_aswSnx.rar”

Please moderators / Avast staff member, please help check so that you guys can help fix the BSoD i’m experiencing.
