Follow those Directions…
Adwcleaner/AswMBR/MBAM/OTL.
Run in that ordered list… Second and third might be switched. Don’t mater though. After that a malware removal expert will help you remove any present malware/crapware.
How do I run all these utilities if I get a BSOD every time I boot my laptop?
Run them in Safe Mode. If you don’t have another computer do it w/ networking… If after that fails I’ll go fetch someone to help you further…
If you don’t know how to boot in Safe Mode when you turn the computer on rapidly type F8 (For Windows 7)…
I get a BSOD in Safe Mode too…isn’t ASWRVRT.SYS an Avast driver? what if I just delete the file after booting up with Reatogo-X-PE?
Yes, that is an avast driver… I will notify Pondus to see if someone can help you out. I’m not experienced with this type of stuff. Just helping out by telling you to run the Scans to have the Analysts check them.
Don’t do anything without supervision. It may cause more issues… General speaking from the threads I’ve seen, usually un-installing and re-installing it would fix it. But again don’t do anything till Essex or someone comes.
I’ve notified Pondus. Good Luck with the issue
