BSOD possibly triggered by certain Avast Browser features

The computer I’m on has been hit with chronic BSODs lately and after some diagnosing and debugging attempts I was able to narrow down the culprits to the Avast Browser’s adblocker function, the browser web shield, and the extension “Coupons” which is auto-installed by Avast.

There are about three AVs on the computer, namely Avast, Malwarebytes and Norton which lead me to initially think that AV clashes are the culprit until I arrived at the conclusion that the Avast Browser might be at fault here after I turned off their functions one by one, although GPUs might be secondary culprits because the incidences of BSODs have greatly decreased after browser GPU accelerations were turned off.
