BSOD when Avast! IS / Premium is installed. [Win 8.1 x86]

This issue have been going on since quite some time, When ever i Upgrade my Avast! free edition to IS or Premium trial or with key.
The System produces BSOD after second boot. This is a really frustrating issue and have been going on with previous versions and now even on the beta edition as well.

The major issue seems to be revolving around network shield/Firewall. Since the free version runs just fine with out any issues. and i had to manually remove some avast network driver files after uninstalling the IS/Premium versions from the system drive as well to ensure that the system works fine.

Really want to use the IS version but this issue have been preventing me from using all the features.

What other ‘security software’ installed on your system.
And any recently removed.

Using avast since 7 years now. Used no other security suits.
Had Malware bytes running for a few months, but even before that the issue was there.
Formatted windows 8 and installed 8.1 BSOD still prevailed through regardless of System format.
Normally the first thing i install is avast! after formatting the system. then the drivers and other software’s, Notably didn’t used any other security suit’s at all, have a long term commitment to the product so when i thought of going with the IS it is as in the issue crashing since windows 8 and now in 8.1 hopefully it wont give any such issues in 10 i hope.
