BSOD when using avast! Network Shield?

I have posted about this issue before on: https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=61182.0

However I now have a new laptop which works perfectly fine with avast! Network Shield as it doesn’t crash or anything. I am thinking if anyone could help me to fix the blue screen of death error which happens on my desktop computer whenever avast! network shield is turned on.

Here are the details from the BSOD:

Stop 0x0000008E (0XC0000005, 0X8B9EDB72, 0XBFDBA714, 0X00000000)

tdx.sys - Address 8B9EDB72 base at 8B9E9000, Datastamp 4A8BBF4A

How to invoke memory dump creation?
http://support.avast.com/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=71

Especially step 7. ZIP the file \windows\memory.dmp (try to name it uniquely) and upload it to the following ftp site: ftp.avast.com/incoming (note you don’t have read access to the site, only write).

I have uploaded a memory dump file to:

ftp.avast.com/incoming/Jayrull-Islam-PC-MEMORY.zip

Hopefully, someone from avast will make a comment about it soon.
