BSOD while scanning C:\Windows folder (vista)

I encountered several BSOD during full scan.
at first I didn’t know at what stage the crash occured.

Then, I tried scan c:\windows folder (vista).
after a while, the BSOD occured again.

it seems that the BSOD occurs when I scan the c:\windows folder, while in previous version 4.7, there’s no such problem.

does anyone encounter the same problem?

Can you go to \Windows\minidump folder, zip the lastest five .dmp (.hdmp) files and email them to vlk at avast dot com?
