BSOD

Today I clicked on the real time shields. then clicked on process virtualization. Then clicked on expert settings then my computer crashed. Anyone Have any idea why this happened? I am trying out Avast Pro Running Windows XP

Try to scan with Avast!

I also recommend you use CCLEANER for cookies/traces deletion, and Malwarebytes Antimalware FREE for scanning. Scan with MBAM after AVAST!

I did what you suggested. Seems every time I click on the expert settings computer crashes. I have no other problems when clicking on any other expert settings. Thanks for trying to help.

Please, zip and upload the C:\Windows\Memory.dmp file to this anonymous ftp server: ftp://ftp.asw.cz/incoming

Disable Automatic Restart:
System Properties > Advanced > [Startup and Recovery]Settings
Remove the checkmark from “Automatically Restart” in the System Failure section.
Then, write down the error message.

I don’t see any memory dump file. I’m not to familiar with the other things you mentioned
