Hello, people! I am russian, so sorry my mistakes, which are possible. BSOD happens at random times (2,1 or 0 times a day). Dump check shows that BSOD was caused by avast driver aswSP.sys. Help me please to solve this problem!
Please, go to folder \windows\minidump and send the newest (recent) .mdmp files for analysis.
There is also C:\Windows\Memory.dmp file.
Better if you can compress (zip) them and add some information about the BSOD and the link for this thread.
Upload it to this anonymous ftp server: ftp://ftp.avast.com/incoming/
Sorry I can not understand last line. It is impossible to send dumps in .zip( Error code: 0x00000050

The easiest way to upload your dumps is to use Windows Explorer.
To Upload your dumps:
1.Open up Windows Explorer
2.Navigate to the ftp address Tech has provided for you.(just copy the address to the address bar)
3. Drag ‘n’ Drop your zipped dumps.
Done
Hope this helps
Don’t shut down this topic please. I’ll wait for next BSOD and then I’ll send you screenshot of BSOD.
Up! I had noticed that BSOD, probably, happens if I serf in the internet. If no - all is OK. For example, today I turned on fast scan in avast and after 150 scanned mbites BSOD happens. You can see screenshots below. 1st - BSOD caused by dxg.sys (DirectX), 2d - aswMon2.sys (Avast driver).
